EASTMORELAND GOLF CLUB
Roger Tooker called meeting to order at 7:31 pm.
Pat Hutton updated us on Fran Miller.
She recently had surgery for Uterine Cancer, the surgery went
well and all is looking good.
Our prayers are with you Fran, get well soon.
Guests:
Alan Cohen introduced Rich Thomas, Steve’s brother-in-law,
Uncle and best friend. Up
visiting from Lodi California.
Also Mike Walker and his son Kyle.
Mike owns a 2004 mag red coupe just like his mechanic Pat
Connors.

Please pay tonight if you haven’t, meet at the southbound
Wilsonville at 9:45, leaving at 10:15

82nd Ave Parade – 4/24 Jerry Weese
chair – needing 15 cars, Linda Connors will be helping Jerry out at the
event, he will be in Astoria.

Astoria Seafood & Wine Festival – 4/24-4/25 –
Keith Livie chair.

Nancy’s Cruise-in – 5/1 Ann Cohen will be making
assignments in the next two weeks and will have them at the next
meeting.

May Tour – 5/15 – Finis Logue chair – meeting at
9:00, more details to follow.

Sign-up sheet went around for Homecoming cars.
If you would like to be called to participate in the homecoming
activities RCC is asked to help with, sign-up and as the event details
come in we will call to see if you are available.

Oil change Day – 4/17 – Gary West chair – Flyer
on website, 10 am to 2 pm at the West’s home, call if you have
questions.

Tech Day – 4/10 – Randy Free chair – to be held
at JC Motors in Tualatin, time TBA, opportunity to have your car
pre-teched for the NWACC race season.

President’s Mystery Tour – 9/10-9/12 - $240 per
couple, “gonna be beautiful”.

Linda Carpenter is the club’s liaison to our new web master
Jon Cox. Please address all
website comments and concerns to her and she will gather all the info
and get with Jon on it.
Corvette Museum:
Sharon Rosenlof stepped in to help Larry out in his absence.
She is selling $10 tickets for the museums raffle on 5/1 for a 2010
Torch Red Convertible.
NWACC:
Randy Free spoke about Tech Day (see up coming events) Save
yourself time on race day by Pre-teching your car.
Good for all of 2010 season.
You will get a sticker for your helmet.
Treasurers Report: Sharon Rosenlof reported.
All looks good. Get
your tickets for the Museum raffle; club’s quantity is limited.
Merchandise:
Jim Peterson had merchandise in car, hurt his back so he will
get it into storage upstairs by next meeting…but has it if you want it.
Old Business:
Bowling – Ann reported 51 bowlers came out this year, 63
people came for lunch.
Thank you to Fran, Gwin and Dorothy for all your help with stats and
stuff. Men’s High Game went
to Dave Martinez, Men’s High Series went to Glenn Reid, Woman’s High
Game went to Bethy Vanderberg, & Woman’s High Series went to Stephany
Ficcadenti. Congrats all!
Great time had by all, thanks for coming.
New Business: Members car pictures that used
to hang in Sunshine Pizza are available for pick-up.
Look for yours and help us identify others please.
Carmen Mortensen praised the new venue.

New Cars: Walt
and Dea Shively purchased themselves a brand new Chevy Malibu from
Nancy’s, nice. Ed Perry bought Mary Horteleza’s pace car, he now has
twins!
