Guests: Guido welcomed Bob & Barb Sovey who have an ’03 Roadster, Tim & Carrole Sweere who were visiting as reps form Nancy’s,  Craig Phelps and his red ’06, and LouAnn Spicuzza is back for her second meeting.  Welcome all!!

New Members:  Sharon welcomed Mike Walker and clan as our newest members.  Welcome aboard!!

Treasurers Report:  Sharon gave her report, all is well.

Upcoming Events:  Linda Carpenter started out by passing around the special order forms for merchandise, see Jim Petersen.

-Oil Change Day-4/17/10 Gary West chair- 10:00 am – 2:00 pm – if your not signed up, no worries, come by anyway.  Bring chairs, oil, filter, rags and container to haul away your old oil.  Finis will be doing a detail class.  BBQ to follow, flyer in the newsletter.

-Astoria Seafood and Wine Festival 4/24 – 4/25 Keith Livie Chair.  Sign up for bus shuttle, seats limited, going fast.  Lodging at Epp Tide in Seaside.  Holding rooms til 4/15.  Meet at Scappoose Fred Meyer on Hwy 30at 8:30 leaving at 9:00, flyers available.

-82^nd Ave Parade – We will be driving the Rose Festival Princesses in their first parade.  Meet at 7:15-7:30 at Eastport Plaza in front of the theatre.  Parade starts at 9:00.

-Nancy’s Cruise-in – May 1^st.  Get signed up on the volunteer sheet.  Ann will be handing out your assignments at the next meeting.  Ed will be performing Sharon and Wayne’s wedding!!

-May Tour – May 15^th – Logues and Wests chairs.  Meet at Lewis and Clark Park in Troutdale at 8:30.  Bring your own coffee, juice, water and donuts will be provided.  Tour will be heading to Maupin.  Lunch will be a Burger Bar or a Chicken Ceaser wrap.  Cost is $15 per person plus tip.  Full service bar available, bring chairs for lounging by the river.  Flyers are out.

-Memorial Day Tour – May 28-31 – Guido and Vicky chairs – Meet at 5:30 at the Wilsonville rest stop.  There is a problem with the list and the rooms.  Vicky is getting it worked out.

-Golf Tournament – 6/13 – Gary West, Jay Rosenlof chairs.  Co-ed, lets get signed up Ladies!! Oregon City Golf Club, $25 per person which includes your cart.  Lunch after at Bugattis in Oregon City. Lots of fun and prizes!!

-Spring Tour/Summer Soltice Run – 6/19 – Rosenlofs chair.  Haven’t finalized destination yet but promising a great time.

-Presidents Mystery Tour – 9/10-9/12 – Roger Tooker chair.  Get signed up!  And yes folks, it’s still a mystery!

Past Events:  Go Carts – good time was had by all!

Charity:  Next event will be the fall food bank.

Glassfacts:  April is out, waiting for it to post to website.

Corvette Museum:  Our 100 chances to win the 2010 Torch Red Convertible were sent in 5/1.  New feature on webpage – ‘Joke of the Day’.

NWACC:  Randy Free announced Tech Day went well.  Thanks to Pat Connors and his team at JC Motors, Chuck and Nick for all their help.  He presented all the paperwork to NWACC the next day.  They were very happy with RCC’s effort & efficiency.  We are assured that the stickers will not cause problems during show events.

Merchandise:  Past out sign up sheet for special orders.

Old Business:  Congratulations to Dennis and MaryHelen Parfit on the marriage of their son.

New Business:  Janet Sakakibara asked if the club was compensating the new web master.  He has received an Honorary membership for his help and is being paid $20 a month.

Buy, Sell, Swap or Trade:  Gordy Peterson has his ’06 Yellow Coupe for sale for $34,000.  Chrome Wheels, only 2 owners.

Bob Anderson has C5 wheels with race tires – make offer.

Officer at Large:  Neal held raffle.  Really great prizes this time around.  The Shivelys won two Chairs.  Nice!

Ping Pong Ball:  $26 went to the Blands again!! Twice in a month!
