Tooker called meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

Upcoming Events:
Linda Carpenter passed out the
“Hire a Member” board. She
called upon Jerry Weese for updates on Homecomings.
-Food Bank – 10/21 – Kathy West chair, 6:30-8:30
-Casino/Halloween Party – Tanners Chair – Flyers out, BYOB
-NWACC Banquet – 11/6 – Gwin Logue updated the club on the details.
Airport Holiday Inn, 6:00 cocktails, 7:00 dinner.

-Fall Tour – 11/13 – Rosenlofs/Wests chair – Sharon spoke about details.
Tour to Longbeach Washington.

-Christmas Party – 12/10 – Weeses’ chair – Anna gave details, please pay
by 11/10 meeting. Roger
announced a request had been made at the board meeting for additional
funds of $185 for the event.
Dea Shiveley made motion to grant funds, motion was seconded,
motion passed by majority.
Extra funds were granted for the Christmas Party.
-Leavenworth – 1/4 - 1/7 – Tookers chair – Roger gave details.
-Elections – 10/27 – Linda Connors explained the voting process for the
October 27th meeting and absentee voting.

Treasurers Report:
Sharon Rosenlof gave the report for the Month of October.
She also thanked everyone for their support over the past three
years as treasurer.

Roger read an update from Windi.
September newsletter is out, just not up on website yet.

She also needs pix and articles for October.
NWACC:
Vicky McCoy gave report on the
last NWACC Meeting. Highlighted Autocrosses tentative schedule, new
helmet requirements, gave pre-tech details and announced the next
meeting would be held on 11/6 prior to the banquet in Portland.
Past
Events:
Al Clark gave highlights of this years Apple Tour.
Old Business:
Roger explained charity funds and events procedures.
New Business:
Roger
announced that a policy
committee has been formed, chaired by Dave Raahahn, to formalize
policies and procedures.
Good
of the Corvette:
Roger spoke about the new commercial featuring t he ZR1 Corvette.
Linda Beymer announced Memorial services for Jean Thomas would be Monday
the 18th at New Hope Community Church in Happy Valley.
