Vice President Report-Janet Sakakibara commented on the following upcoming events:
· Nov 5th NWACC Banquet. Red Lion in Longview, Washington.
· Christmas Party Dec. 3rd. Anna announced that John Moist, Walt Shively and Peggy Whalen along with herself met with Brenda Vasile of Red Lion today to discuss the Xmas Party. We have arranged a $40.00 Plated dinner. 6pm no host bar and 7pm Dinner. We will be doing a White Elephant gift exchange. Bring a Corvette or Christmas item. Anna also stated that there has been a lot of strife in the club this year and perhaps it is time to put the issues behind us and try and come together for a fun time and try and rekindled the club that we use to be. She also stated that by having at least 70 members join the Xmas party we would be able to recover most of the $4,000 that we have to pay Red Lion for the cancelling of the Classic this year. It has been discussed by the new board and others that they would like to be free of the Classic or some other car show being held there next year as they did not like it. If we recoup most of our money through the Xmas party we will not need to have another party of any type at the Red Lion, Jantzen Beach. Walt Shively announced that he became president to mend this club and put it back on track. He asked that people put their differences aside and come to the Xmas party as well so we can all have a good time.
· Dec 10th Sandelie Golf Course 8am Winter game of golf; 18 hole, 4 person Scramble, Jingle Bell tournament
