Old Business/Unfinished Business: Anna stated that she spoke to the Red Lion Director of Catering, Brenda Vasile and we can use our $4,000  or any part of it for a Christmas party or any other party we would like to hold there.  Anna stated she has penciled in the date of December 3rd (the original date) for the RCC Holiday party.  She explained that the Red Lion at Hayden Island is much more expensive than the one at the Convention Center and the two are not owned by the same party.  If we proceed she has asked Brian Dion to help negotiate the contract since he is our resident expert.  Currently Brenda quoted the club as follows: $650.00 set up fee and $100.00 bar tender fee.  The plated dinner inclusive with tip is $39.00 and the buffet is $50.00. Then Anna opened it up for discussion amongst the members.  Since there is no guarantee that there will be a Classic next year it was thought that instead of losing the money we could possibly recover some of the money.  The general feeling was to hold the Christmas party there and to recover some of our funds from the $4K cancellation fee to Red Lion regarding the classic. Some members suggested a reduced price of the Xmas dinner, some suggested Buy one get one free and others suggested if the food was good we should pay full price.   Anna will reach out to all the members with an email telling them to bring ideas or send her ideas regarding the $4K fund usage at the July 13th meeting and then motions and voting will occur at the July 27th meeting to decide how to proceed as there were not many members at this meeting.

New Business:  Linda Connors thanked everyone who helped to count, sort and list the inventory and also picking it up from the Cohen’s.   She will send an inventory list to every RCC member.  A few items were missing from the Cohen’s from the recently purchased invoices and receipts.  Linda has sent an email to them to see if perhaps we missed picking those items up or they got them mixed up in their moving items. Linda discussed several items to see what the general membership wanted to do with them.  Anna offered to take a look at the silk flowers.  Someone suggested selling the Mannequins on EBay.  Four fire extinguishers; two are leaking, Spittle stated they cannot be fixed and to get rid of them.  Classic T shirts from 1996 and forward (140 t- shirts) many ideas surrounded the t-shirts from members and the decision is still on hold. Many items were decided tonight at the meeting:  Lots of milk jugs; 26 stations and club awards if anyone wants them to put up in their garage or shop.   Members of the year awards suggestions came from members as to what to do with this item, still room to put on more names.  Linda will prepare an email to the members for suggestions of items and the inventory list of items to keep.  Electronic equipment will be given to Jim Peterson to figure out if it is any good.  They set up all the tents and only one tent had a bad frame. Anything eaten on by mice was dumped immediately.

Nick Trujillo stated he will be driving the brand new fire engine at the t.  4th of July Molalla parade.
