President Roger Tooker called meeting to order at 7:29 pm. 

Guests:  Mike Mermulstein was visiting for the second time.

New Members:  Sharon welcomed Warren and Brenda Collins as our newest members.  

Past Events: Linda Connors highlighted Classic Clean-up and thanked all her volunteers. 

-Autocross – Alan won his event!!

-Chatauqua Parade – 8/7 – 9:30 Gladstone High

-Chili Cookoff – 8/14 – sign up sheet circulated.

-Drive-in Movie Night – 8/21 – Meet at Safeway in Sherwood at 4:30, leave at 5:15.  Bring a main dish or dessert.  Same night as Coffin Cruisers so we need to get there early.

-Flyers circulated for Volcanos Baseball Game

-Presidents Mystery Tour – 9/10-9/12 – Have 14 rooms available at $240, after that late sign-ups will be $250.

-Classic – 7/30-8/2 – Patty Gettes covered hospitality night food schedule.  Please have food there by five, serving begins at six.  Ann covered pre-registration details for hospitality night – begins at 5:00, pick up your packets, bring them back Saturday.

-Saturday Show & Shine – Ann covered schedule, volunteers arrive by 5:30.  120 pre-registered already.  Handed out assignments to judges, announced that Gwin Logue would be in charge of stats.  Ann ran down the rest of the event times.  Julie Ralston talked about the raffle baskets and how to get them to her.  Thanked everyone for their participation.  17 clubs will be represented this year. 

-Sunday – Mary Helen covered the road tour schedule.  Meet at McDonalds at 9:00, drivers meeting 9:15, leave at 9:30.  Chuck confirmed his appointments for Autocross.  Ann covered her assignments also.

-Monday – Alan went over Track Day events and times.  Drivers meeting at 8:00.

BSST:  Race Tires and Wheels, see Bob Anderson, $350.

Alan Cohen offered up the old tents, slightly damaged, useable with a little love to club members who may be interested.  It was decided to hold a raffle at the next meeting, 8/11/10, for those who are interested.

Officer at Large:  Neal Sommerset held the raffle.

Ping Pong Ball:   $31 won by The Rosenlofs
