EASTMORELAND GOLF CLUB
President Roger
Tooker called meeting to order at 7:32 pm.

Cohen welcomed Gary Webb and his ’06 Monterey Red Coupe.
Upcoming Events:
Linda Carpenter circulated
information sign up sheets on the following
-Hire a Member
-Home Coming Cars –
Jerry Weese organizing, he will call when needed. May be short notice.
-Pumpkin Fest at
Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm – 9/25 - Nick Trujillo chair – 11:00 Free meal
and parking for the first 15 cars.
-Apple Tour – 10/2 –
Clarks chair – Meet at
-Halloween/Casino
Night – Tanners chair – 10/23 - 5:30-10:00, Potluck, Bring your own
drinks. Costumes optional but there will be a contest.
-Christmas Party –
12/10 – Weeses chair – Invites will be going out in the mail.
$35 for dinner, rooms $69.
Dress will be …Best Snow Outfit.
-Food Bank Night –
10/21 Kathy West will call.
-Fall Tour – 11/13 -

Guy Morris asked to
present a flyer for an upcoming golf tournament event to raise money for
Dornbecher and one of his co-workers daughter.
Linda Beymer made a motion to donate $150 to sponsor a hole at
the golf tournament, Paul Cap seconded.
Discussion was held.
After Roger Tooker made the point the money would come out of the
charity fund and the amount allocated to charity was discussed, motion
was amended by Linda Beymer to increase amount to $500.
Roger Tooker called for a vote,
motion was denied by majority.
Discussions insued about a smaller amount being donated, Dave
Raahahn objected due to a new motion not being made and called to move
forward with the meetings agenda.
Meeting was moved forward by Roger Tooker.

Wine Tour to
-Alan Cohen and
Roger Tooker sharied stories about Autocross
-Roger Tooker gave
highlights of the Presidents Mystery Tour.
NWACC:
Roger
announced that Vicky McCoy would soon be taking over as RCC’s NWACC
representative. Randy Free will be
running for NWACC President.
Anne Cohen covered
some details of the upcoming NWACC Banquet on 11/16 and asked to have a
sign-up sheet distributed.
Gwin Logue announced that Hotel Reservations can be made through the
NWACC Website or through the link on the RCC Website.
Glassfacts:
Windi Peterson spoke about the newsletter.
Requested pictures from the Mystery Tour be submitted.
Merchandise:
Jim Peterson highlighted merchandise options.
Announcement
was made that Nick Baleys mother had passed away.
New Business:
Linda Carpenter asked for a volunteer to post photos
to the website, please see her if interested.

No other nominations were made.

No other nominations were made.

were official closed.
Election will be held at the General Meeting on 10/27/10.
Good of the

Jeanette Cross announce a challenge that was made by
the Mustang Ranglers for an upcoming event, details will follow.
